USA!

Happy 4th of July!  The holiday celebrations are rained out here, so there won't be any fireworks or parades until tomorrow.  I took advantage of the rainy morning to install our new garage door opener. The old one was broken for a long time, and couldn't be fixed. The new one is working well so far. 

Yesterday, we went to Saylorville Lake for a picnic and some disc golf.  Despite the holiday weekend, Saylorville was quiet and peaceful because the flooding has closed all of the boat ramps .  It was a beautiful day, and we had a blast!

Afterwards, we took a trip to Costco to get the new garage door opener
