It is a beautiful, warm Beggar's Night in Dallas County. Asher has alreay eaten too much of his candy. He dressed up as a fireman, and was looking good.

The actual "begging" went very well. Asher was excited and was talking constantly between houses. When he got to the front doors, though, he would be gripped by stagefright. As I mentioned before, kids have to tell a joke to get candy on beggar's night. Asher would whisper his joke. His joke was "who does a baby cry for on Halloween? His mummy!"
Asher has another big Halloween appearance on the schedule. Tomorrow is his "school's" costume parade, through the large office building where the daycare is located.
