*playing basketball outside in short sleeves on Thanksgiving Day

*turning two (Eva loved her birthday, her presents, and her cake)

*being the "pear tree" prop for Mommy in a music program at school (she only LOOKS like she's wearing a Christmas Tree costume)

*performing in your first music program at school (Eva never did sing, but she sure looked pretty, and clapped loudly for her classmates after each song!)

*wishing you could be in the music program like your big sister

*waiting in line with Daddy or...
waiting in line with your big brother to see...

SANTA!!
(Eva calmed down after this and wouldn't stop talking about how great Santa was)

*decorating for Christmas with your family (Eva is CRAZY about Christmas, and doesn't ever stop talking about Christmas trees, lights, Santa, or Baby Jesus)

*saying a very sad goodbye to a dear friend--we had to put our Libby to sleep this week, and although we've been doing many fun, festive things, we feel the void left by our amazing dog. We could write story after story of her antics, and maybe someday we will. Right now we just miss our friend.
