On Mother's Day, we headed out to the Benton Arboretum, which is a few minutes from our house, just south of the town of Dallas Center. Although it is an arboretum, most of the trees are still fairly small. However, it is a pretty place, with lots of rolling prairie and, best of all, lots of peace and quiet. When we've been there, we've had the place to ourselves. Here are a few pictures of us enjoying the afternoon there.
